Paris, June 17, 2019 – Neocase, the expert in the digitalization of human resources-related professions, announces the appointment of Didier Moscatelli as its new Chief Executive Officer. This appointment reflects the company’s ambition to support and accelerate its growth by focusing on a strong innovation strategy.
As a true leader in the strategy of digitalization and internationalization, Didier Moscatelli has always worked in the new technologies, consulting or software sector. He brings 32 years of experience in strategy, management and IT consulting, including 23 years as CEO and board member of international companies.
In 1998, he created the French subsidiary of an international German group – Plaut – whose main business was to be an SAP integrator. In 2003, he became Group CEO. In 2005, he bought the French subsidiary from the shareholders and sold it the following year to the CGI Group, where he became Vice President Europe for Business Consulting and SAP.
In January 2019 he took over the management of Neocase, an international leader in the SaaS software sector offering digital solutions for Employee Relationship Management, Case Management for Human Resources functions and Employee Document Management.
At a time when digital technology is having a very significant impact on all companies, Didier Moscatelli is taking over Neocase with a very clear objective: to double its turnover in 3 years. The new strategy will be based on 3 main axes:
Neocase, which currently has 80 active international customers including Air France, AG2R La Mondiale and Axa, is present in Europe and the United States with their 10-year-old subsidiary. Composed of a team of 90 people and managing 5 million users worldwide, the historical HR player aims to establish itself as the reference in its market.
“Neocase has one of the most robust products on the market, and a history that allows it today to be the expert in the digitalization of Human Resources thanks to its 20 years of experience in the industry. This appointment is a springboard to achieve a major turning point and regain the leadership position it deserves.” explains Didier Moscatelli, new CEO of Neocase.
