Neocase Software today announced that it has signed a strategic partnership with Digiposte, the digital entity of La Poste Group, to offer all its customers access to a Digiposte account for their employees to securely store their personal and professional documents, including their pay slips.
The employee e-safe capabilities include management and storage of their personal documents, including pay slips, with a long retention time of up to 50 years. La Poste Group is ideally placed to guarantee such long-term storage capabilities.
With Digiposte, Neocase customers will be able to automate the management of their employee digital document flow. Digiposte is deeply integrated within the Employee Document Management (EDM) module of Neocase Power and Neocase Ready, which allows the collection and exchange of personalized and customized employee documents with HR Managers and vice versa.
Digiposte can also import, file and automatically store documents from 3rd party providers (payroll providers, invoices from e-commerce websites, etc.) It’s capable of managing the processes involved for all types of documents (e.g. ID card renewal, passport renewal, utility bill payments, etc.). It also allows employees to share documents for a selected period with selected recipients without the need to send or resend documents. All documents are stored in one secure location, classified and indexed with automatic notifications and alerts on the deadlines.
Digiposte also provides a smartphone app which allows full access to all documents stored within Digiposte for anytime, anywhere access.
