New Document Management & Enhanced Dashboard/Reports Modules Add to HR Solution

  • Employee Document Management – automates the collection, processing, storing and accessing of employee records – helping HR be more organized and efficient. Furthermore, the EDM allows a 360° informational view – keeping visibility rights – on Employee Documentation collected during HR Processes. The EDM module can be fully integrated with dedicated 3rd parties’ applications such as SharePoint.

These two new modules are integrated into a suite that makes up the Neocase HR Shared Services Center. Other technologies and processes include data functionality for: Business Process Management, Knowledge Base, Proactive SLA Management and Business Intelligence; and communication integration via Email Management, Live Chat and Survey Management – all tied together via state-of-the-art Employee & Manager Portals and delivered via Cloud Integration.
